Since it is a 3 years course from this you will complete this Hotel management in Diploma /Graduation.
Or else you can also do the certificate course which is having a duration of 6 months to 1 year.
There are so many Institutes which offers Hotel management for 12the students as a Theological as well as Real situation how the Hotel can be Run in the safe manner.
General graduation will take minimum 3 or Years so you can have a chance to do Hotel management course after 12th.

Since you are a graduate, you can do a Masters programme in HM. No need to go for a B.Sc/BA in HM. You can go for M.Sc/MA in HM from a good institute.
M.Sc will be definitely better than Diploma as it will give you a faster career growth and a Degree is always valued more than a Diploma.

Diploma: Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT etc.
