A gap of 5 years is acceptable in Canada for PG courses. If there is a gap of 5 years and you want to pursue an undergraduate degree then there are some colleges that accept students with reasonable gap years.

Aviation hospitality jobs include airport management too which is a huge responsibility that ensures safe and smooth transportation of passengers, goods and cargo. As an airport management professional, you get great hospitality career opportunities at domestic and international airports and various airlines.

BSE and a hotel administration can be done work in airline services and you can have a choice by which you can go through after your 12th standard but we would preferably say that working in airline services could be better after doing the degree. You would have a lot of hands on experience.

Hotel management Diploma is the best for this because very simple English will vary. If they get the basic cooking skills it will also work. There are many situations where students help teachers in the course in real world activities.

This is always debatable question because there are plenty of jobs in culinary field. Certificate course is also working certification to get into hotel industry unless it is from a know and reputed college.
