You have to score 60 or above % in 12th and after that you have to appear for an entrance I.e NCHMCT and have to give your best to crack the exam with good rankings to get admission in IHM, Pusa

Yes, of course HM will be a good direction to go after BMS. The only requirement is your interest. Please go through the complete course curriculum of HM and then opt.

Apart from hotels, you can work in travel agencies like Cleartrip, Make my trip etc. as sales manager (Hotels) with a good salary.
If you are interested in cooking, you can become a chef and can go up to executive chef of a 5 star.
