but for that u the to complete your 12th with minimum 60%,at this cgpa u will get arts ,along with your 12th I suggest u to prepare for NCHMCT ,it is an entrance exam for getting a govt college for HM, otherwise it will take lots of your money in private college,u can search for it's syllabus on web or u can ask there also.

Yes, you can take loan.
Eligibility: 50% marks in class 12th.
If you take up to 4 lacs there's no Demand for Collaterals. But, if you take above 4 lacs, then they will take collaterals as security.
So, take your time to think about Repayments.
You can also do one thing, take loan of INR 4 lacs and rest you can pay yourself.
Or, take admission in that college where fees is less than INR 4 lacs.
