Hi Nishant, firstly you must select the universities you want to apply to. The admission process is online which you are aware of, every university website has a dedicated page for admissions which contains the online application form and links to submit the form and required documents. Documents include academic transcripts, application fee, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation etc. For details you need to check the university websites.

You can go and study a masters course in the same field. If you wish to go there and work, you will first have to find a job in your industry, which is hard only with a bachelors degree. It is advisable you first work in India, gain work experience and then apply to jobs abroad or you study your masters in hospitality from US.

For jobs , your skills will also be important apart from academics. It is good if you gain a masters or a PG Diploma in your desired field. Hospitality sector is good enough and competition is healthy. No matter where you go skilled professionals in this field are required. You need to therefore groom yourself. For alternate courses you must decide as per your interest and career plans.
