Having said this, I must bring to your notice that the whole process of admission against management quota seats is totally opaque. Nothing is known in public domain. Each and every college has it's own fee structure, which is explained on their websites.
Approximately, fee is INR. 3 lakh, i.e around 1 lakh rupees per year. But, it depends on college to college & it keeps on changing every year.

After you finish your course, your best BET is to get into a Management Training programme of a reputed hotel. Once you finish that you have the option if moving on to cruise ships.
