English is a business language that is universally accepted, used and applied. So, it is very important. Talk to people, that is the best way to practice the language. Read books and listen to podcasts this help to improve the vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and fluency. Take it slow, but keep it steady and regular.

More than mere courses, focus on following aspects.
1. Talking with people. Regularly.
2. Read books and listen to podcasts
3. Watch movies.
Whatever you read/listen/talk, make sure you record learning in the form of notes. New words, fluency, good content talking should be focused on. Do it regularly. Practice for few hours every week. After 6 months of doing this, you can enroll in English classes depending or conversation practice.

1. Practice as much as possible. Speak to people.
2. Listen to podcasts.
3. Read books and online magazines and watch English movies. When you don't understand or something is new, mark it. Check the meaning, reference and context and use it next time.
4. Even if you don't take up English exams, check out free material for exams like IELTS and TOEFL. It surely helps to hone your skills. And whatever you pick up do it regularly. Like say 1 hour every day and over a period of 6 months you will surely see the improvement.

Talk as much as you can. With varied set of people, especially those that are very good at English. Listen to podcasts to observe pronunciation and fluency of native speakers. You can also go through for example British Council website for IELTS learning. Even if you don't take up the exam, checking out speaking, listening, reading samples helps you hone your fluency.
