1. Talking with people. Regularly.
2. Read books and listen to podcasts
3. Watch movies.
Whatever you read/listen/talk, make sure you record learning in the form of notes. New words, fluency, good content talking should be focused on. Do it regularly. Practice for few hours every week. After 6 months of doing this, you can enroll in English classes depending or conversation practice.

2. Listen to podcasts.
3. Read books and online magazines and watch English movies. When you don't understand or something is new, mark it. Check the meaning, reference and context and use it next time.
4. Even if you don't take up English exams, check out free material for exams like IELTS and TOEFL. It surely helps to hone your skills. And whatever you pick up do it regularly. Like say 1 hour every day and over a period of 6 months you will surely see the improvement.
