Hello Binu,
Many universities have different min marks in PG for Ph.D. You will have to check with your University another this aspect. If it's 50% then perhaps you can go for it.

Hello Ajay,
If the college has been established as a minority institute then the management has right to reserve 50% seats for that minority only. If you belong to this minority then you are eligible under reservation.

The admission for above courses is mainly based on the merit. Your 12 th marks percentage check against the cut off released by DU. For calculation of percentage for different courses is different. You can download the brochure of Delhi university and have a look in the percentage calculation for different courses. For more information visit DU website.

You should have a graduation degree in Manipuri language than you will be eligible for the master degree in Manipuri language.

DU has its name and it's fame. DU has more value than any other private colleges. I should prefer you to go with DU. Your percentage is very good and you can get admit in a reputed college of du.
