YES there are seat reservations at Hyderabad institute of technology and management you get seat through Engineering Agriculture And Medical Common Entrance Test [EAMCET]. There would be a specific cut - off rank for each caste as the policy set by the government of Telangana and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University [JNTU]. In HITAM you can get seats are divided into two categories A-category and B -category basically A-category seats are those seats which are for the students who have qualified EAMCET and the B- category seats are the management quota or paid seats for which you have to pay donations.

I think for the rank you got the seat may not be available in the good colleges and in case of CSE department the rank should be low to get the seat in good college. But the category you belong to will be also matters in the allotment of the seats in the college. For the rank you got and the category you belong to will taken into consideration. You can get the colleges list by the college predictor by your rank in the Shiksha website. Where you can know all the details of the colleges and allotment of seats in the colleges and the last year cutoffs. So that you can easily understand you can get the seat in college for the rank you got.

I can tell you that the admission requirements and cutoffs for B.Tech CSE programs vary from college to college. It also depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, the availability of seats, and the difficulty level of the exam. It's best to check the official website of the college(s) you are interested in to know the eligibility criteria and the cutoffs for admission. Generally, colleges may have a separate cutoff for female candidates or may offer reservation for female candidates in some programs. So, it's advisable to research and apply to multiple colleges to increase the chances of getting admission.
