Recruitment of IBPS PO is done in a general three-step process.
1-Preliminary exam (Written).
The IBPS PO pre-exam will be conducted online and candidates are allocated a total duration of 1 hour to complete the pre-exam.
The IBPS PO pre consists of 3 sections with a total of 100 ques and a maximum score of 100 marks. There is a negative marking in the pre-exam and 1/4th of marks are deducted for each wrong answer. It is necessary to clear the cut-off in all 3 sections to qualify for the PO Main exam.
