The salary is expected anywhere between 27k to 35k. There is not a fix value. That is why it is called pay band. Exams for each of them is conducted once a year. IBPS conducts one exam for many banks and departments. PO exam is moatly conducted by the bank on its own. Hi, as per my opinion I would suggest you to go for IBPS PO since it will fetch you a government job. If you are thinking of distance learning in HR it is not that beneficial unless you do a full-time course. So IBPS PO will be the best option in this case. Also you can join some course for aptitude or practice at your own if you are a self-learner.

The IBPS PO examination will take place in the month of October this year. By then, You will be eligible for this exam. The minimum age criteria for IBPS PO is 20 years and maximum age eligibility is 30 years.
