I can only give you an insight into IBS Dehradun as I am presently studying there. You can yourself compare different genuine reviews of the mentioned colleges and make your own judgement.
Firstly ICFAI Business School (IBS) , Dehradun offers M.B.A degree which carries more value than PGDM Degree . If you do PGDM you won't be able to do Phd if suddenly you feel you have the potential to actually put Doctorate before your name. You have to again spend money and get a proper MBA Degree.
This year i.e 2021 our seniors got an Average CTC 5.62 and Highest CTC received this year was 10.62 from our IBS Dehradun Campus. Top 10% st

It is a decent college for pursuing MBA in Dehradun. Go for it only if you don't have any other better option. Check the student reviews and do the college comparison for better clarity.

Certification in Digital Marketing and Business Analytics from NIIT
Diploma in Media and Entertainment from AAFT
Diploma in Foreign Language and Corporate Communication

Among all IBS campuses, Hyderabad is the best one, so try for it if possible. And between these two, choose Kolkata. It's a decent college for pursuing MBA.
