At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science & Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualifications equivalent Trained in-service teachers in elementary education (ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to face mode. The eligibility criteria of IGNOU B.Ed is elaborated below:
The applicants must have at least 50% marks in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce and Engineering streams in order to apply for distance B.Ed course.
Candidates who wish to take up distance B.Ed must be trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
Candidates who have completed teacher education programme recognized by NCTE in a face-to-face mode are also eligible to apply.
Candidates who have at least two years of teaching experience in primary or upper primary schools can also take up distance B.Ed course.

I think, instead of BA in tourism, you should go for MBA which has more scope, and as compared to BA and also high salary packages are offered in top B-Schools. if you wish to work in Mid Management Level, otherwise BA is also good, but you will have to study for more 3 years .
