Hello Gaurav,
If you have failed to appear for JEE Advance this year, you have to reappear for JEE Mains next year and then qualify to appear for JEE Advance again and then you can give JEE Advanced i.e next year.

You have to take JEE Mains exam. If you qualify JEE Mains with good marks then can easily get admission in an NIT.
Yes, student with less then 70 percent marks can take admission in NIT through JEE Mains but you have to score more if you want to get admission in a good NIT.

sorry the cutoff for obc candidate was 70. So the candidate who have qualified JEE Mains are eligible for counseling.

Your score is not valid enough to get admission into IIIT but you still have many options to go with. You can apply for some best private universities having their forms open. Private universities also provide best infrastructure and equally good education with government universities. You can check out the placement records before taking admission.
