Does a 1 year gap after graduation matters before taking admission in an mba program but if it has been utilised by doing o level then?

MBA admission process should not have an issue if this provided in interview if admission you explain well how you utilised that one year.
Since MBA college will look for current performance in academic only.

I have three years of academic gap between 12th and under graduation as I was pursuing CA but I discontinued. Will there be any problem?

See most companies specify they don't want gaps in education more than two years. You can explain your issue if you appear for interview since mostly in verification round.everything is checked. so I think while searching u make sure that you are eligible.
