Iims do not offer Distance MBA courses. So, you, can opt for Diploma and certification courses for working professionals offered in Distance Learning mode.

It depends on your interest. In general, I would suggest you to take M.Tech since it is relevant to your field. If you have an idea of getting into business, then take MBA.

The basic IIM eligibility criteria is graduation with minimum 50 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA (45 per cent for SC, ST and PWD/DA category) Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results, are also eligible to apply.
