Before that you need to give entrance exam for the same known as IELTS exam, which is mandatory for anyone looking job overseas. It is conducted every six months so I believe you can go for it. If you want to get a call from IIM then you have to score more than 85 percentile in CAT.

That's hard to say. You have good scores in the end, but your initial scores are pretty low. I would say that chances are 50-50.
