No, MBA stands for Masters in Business administration which itself includes at least little numerical. In MBA HR, you might find little finance or accounts, however, little numerical will be there. For the first year of MBA, you will have to study the basic finance.

Firstly, you need to appear for CAT exam. To get admission for MBA programme in Iims, you need to hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The admission is based on your marks in academic session also, 70% weight-age is given to the CAT/GMAT score and 30% weightage is given to the application rating score.
