You should try and score 98+ percentile to get a call from IIM for a personal interview(PI). In addition to this you should have scored minimum 50% at your graduation level exam.

The maximum is flexible as several companies offer variable components which go way beyond the base package. Nevertheless, financial services companies do offer base packages above 35 LPA.
On an average, an IIM-A grad does get a package around 18 LPA

As per me, no IIM provides this course. Some IITs such as IIT-Madras and IIT-Delhi offer it.

You will in case have to do class 12. Either you choose ISC or let the coaching centre decide / suggest it for you. Because for almost all officer jobs 12th is the minimum requirement. You may opt to prepare for competition along with class 11&12 and in that case coaching centre is a good option. But choose the 12th board wisely so that you score good in 12th and become eligible for competing.

Hello Saskhi, always hope for the best. I will suggest you to prepare in that manner such that that your percentile does not drop down below 90 and like that you could get the best colleges through CAT.
Wish you all the best.
