IIM refers to Indian Institute of Management Studies. That's okay. But still, you have to clear the entrance exam. JIMS wouldn't give direct admission.

Sorry to tell you, the chances are very less. Indian Institute of Management is very renounced campus which looks for qualified quality students. That is the only reason students from IIMs are getting better placement from big multinational companies. I suggest you to go with Tier 2 campus like Christ, Amity, PSG, RVIM, etc. If you have average academics. All these campuses have very good placement opportunities as similar to other IIMs.
