For admission in IIM, you will have to take an entrance exam i.e CAT. After which, on the basis of your score, you will be called for an interview round. If you perform well, you will be able to seek admission.

The minimum percentile is 80 for OBC category. Try to score 80+ and you shall get a call from IIM-K.

Dear Aman, if you are asking that whether Executive MBA is a good career option or not, then I will say a big 'yes'. Executive MBA is really a high valued and demanding course in today's management market. But, in order to get admission in Ex-MBA, you must have at least 5 year of work experience at Managerial level. Aman, I am not sure that even IIMs offers the post-graduation course in Ex-MBA, but I would suggest you to go for FMS-DU (Faculty of Management Studies - Delhi University). Yes it's possible but you need to achieve above 99 percentile in CAT exam for IIM, Ahmadabad.

Dear Ajinkya,
IIMs are the institutions who offers management course at Masters Level. You can't get admission there until you clear your Bachelors and entrance exam with specified marks. If you are concerning about your stream, then let me tell you that any stream in class 12th can lead to IIMs. Eligibility criteria for IIMs is that passing Bachelor's degree with Minimum 60% marks followed by CAT and GD/PI.
