It matter alot. Marks are assigned on percentage basis. While graduation marks also been given importance and marks are allotted to them.

See if you managed to score anything above 95% then also you need to have some social activities experience as well because apart from academics they gives weightage to extra curricular activities as well.

Yes there are scholarships both at central and state levels.Moreover there are financial institutions to offer study loans .What one requires is hard work and get good job soon after degree and IIMs have the repo for the same.The loan can be easily paid back.
