Hello dear, every iim sets different criteria for selection.Cut offs also varies. Some of them give more stress on work ex,some of them on academics and extra curricular. You have to sit for cat first then according to the cut offs they will call you for gd/pi process. After this they will release a list. You know both your strengths and weaknesses to crack IIM. Maintain edge of your strengths and draw a plan to overcome your weaknesses. If you have a good plan you will succeed. You may also take help of a coaching Institute to overcome your weaknesses.

IIM Lucknow. It's not the best, but should be better than st. Xavier in terms of various parameters. Although both the colleges are, I'm sure, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, etc. Faculty and placements at IIM Lucknow are better.
Having said that, its not harmful to take advise from St.Xavier's student as well.

Yes, Mathematics is a necessary subject as CAT has one section dedicated to Mathematics. Also half the courses that are being taught in IIMs are maths based. However being a commerce graduate you are not at all in a disadvantaged position. There are a lot of commerce graduates studying in IIMA. They don't actually cover advanced mathematics like calculus.

hello friend,
i can help you.
See, BBA- it is a 3 year degree with 6 semesters.
CAT- It is a test for MBA admission.I think that you need 6 months to 1 year for preparations.
MBA- you are saying that you want to do it from IIM. IIM don't offer any MBA course. But don't be sad, because it offers PGPM(post graduate programme of management) which is similar to MBA.
It is a 2 year programme.
SO, 3 Yrs of BBA, 1 Yr of CAT preparations, and 2 Yrs of PGPM = 6 years.
NOTE: You have to pass CAT with good percents, than only you can get admission.
The 2 yrs duration of MBA is equal in every institution.
It is very difficult to get addmited in IIMs.
So bes

Language can be learnt anytime as per your need. No one taught you hindi either. So start learning English and you will fulfill your dream. You may start taking mock tests like CAT, MAT etc to practice the kind of questions asked. Take coaching for it and go with full preparation.
Hope this helps
