The IISER Entrance Exam (IAT) application form is expected to be released around April 2025 on iiseradmission.in. Students can apply through three channels: IAT, JEE Advanced, or KVPY scores. For IAT, you need to have at least sixty percent marks in Class 12 (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology). The application fee is generally two thousand rupees for general candidates and one thousand rupees for SC/ST. The exam tests aptitude in Science subjects, and results determine seat allocation across IISER campuses. It is advisable to prepare early as the exam is highly competitive and concept-oriented.

No, candidates need not pay any fees for making corrections in IISER application form. However, if any candidate changes his/her category from SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD to underserved category, they need to pay application correction fees. For making any other changes, candidates don't have to pay any fees.

IISER correction window 2025 will be active in the month of February after the application process is closed.

For the IISER application, an Aadhar card is accepted as an identity proof, but not as address proof. Applicants have the option to submit alternative documents for address verification. Discrepancies between the address on the application form and the Aadhar card will not necessarily cause issues. However, it's recommended to update your Aadhar card details to avoid potential complications.

Candidates can update the address during the IISER application correction window.
