IISER cutoff 2024 was released for admission to the MSc specialisations, on the basis of CCMN scores. The cutoff wasd released across a few specialisations in the MSc course. Among the General AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks in the last round were as follows- 795 for admission to M.Sc. in Mathematics, 937 for amdission to M.Sc. in Chemistry, and 150 for admission to M.Sc. in BioTechnology. 

Yes, it is possible to get admission to IISER through IISER entrance exam. IISER Entrance exam is conducted by the institute for candidates seeking admission to the BS and Integrated BS specialisations. The cutoff is released category-wise for candidates belonging to the All India quota. I think 3 months for well preparations and ½ month i.e 15 days for complete revision and 1 month for mock papers and analysis are required to cover IISER Physics syllabus.

The students who passed class 12th are eligible for IAT exam. Dropper students are also eligible for IAT exam. In the past years only first year dropper are eligible but from now 2025, all first year and second year dropper are eligible for IAT exam.

However, if any candidate changes his/her category from SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD to underserved category, they need to pay application correction fees.
