The overall cutoff for IISER in 2023 is 382 rank.

IISER admission to B.Sc/Integrated MSc programs is based on the following:
  • Joint Entrance Examination of Indian Institutes of Technology (JEE Advanced)
  • IISER Aptitude Test (IAT)
  • KVPY exam

The IAT is a computer-based test that assesses knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology based on the class 11 and 12 syllabus. Candidates should aim to achieve under 2500 rank in the IAT.

To apply, candidates must have passed the class 12 Science stream exam in 2023 or 2022 with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
