Candidates with greater scores in CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT are given greater priority. If not, institutionalised entrances and interviews are conducted to decipher a student's capability. Students are required to fill out the online application form prior to other processes. Selected students are shortlisted and then chosen.

Direct application depends on the nature of application.Programmes like BBA have direct applications with necessary marks from class 12th whereas certain courses require selection processes and entrance exams like MBA. Post graduate courses query on marks attained during the Bachelors programme.

IMS Ghaziabad and ITS Ghaziabad are both ranked by NAAC with an A grade. ITS has a campus area of 60 acres while IMS has a campus area of 29 acres. Student intake is way higher at IMS than at ITS. The average placement at ITS is set at 12.5LPA while at IMS it is at 7.15LPA. IMS has a more disciplinarian and academically oriented campus as opposed to ITS. 

The choice of a campus varies according to students depending on various factors including ease of transport, better infrastructure etc.

The cost varies across courses. For PGDM, the tuition fee is set at 9,50,000 Rupees. For MBA, it is at 600,000 Rupees, for BSc- 2,40,000 and for MSc it is at 1,65,000. For BCA, the cost is around 1,80,000. Various external fees likeexam fee, practical fee etc. need to be considered too.
