IIT Roorkee is one of the top IITs which offer BTech courses based on JEE Advanced scores. In case the seats remain vacant after admission via NIMCET counselling, the university considers CET scores. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of CET are filled through the merit list of CUET. The applicants, if admitted, may have to study additional bridge courses as per the norms of the university. Selected candidates must pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Candidates need to complete their Class 12 or a equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate with English along with Mathematics or Computer Science or any other subject related to Computer Science to apply for BCA at GGSIPU. Hence, it is not mandatory to pass Mathematics. However, candidate must have passed one or other specified subjects in Class 12. 

Besides, aspirants who have passed a three-year Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for the BCA programme.
