Yes, Delhi Institute of Higher Education does offer MCA degree in full-time mode. The minimum eligibility requires applicants to pass graduation in the relevant field with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised university. Those who belong to the reserved categories need to secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in graduation. Further, students need to provide valid CUET-PG/ NMICET scores.

Yes, you are eligible for the MCA exam. You must have completed your B.Sc computer Science (4 year degree) with mathematics as a subject. Some of the entrance exams for MCA exam are NHMCET, IPU CET MCA, TANCET, etc.
However, some state level colleges for MCA gives direct admission. There are almost 20000 colleges for MCA in India including private and government.
