Many colleges offer MCA in Cyber Security offline course without any entraance exa. Some of them are:

A candidate with 984/1000 in the Telangana IPE exam and 84.20 percentile in JEE Mains 2024 may have a chance to secure a seat in the CSE or IT branch at SASTRA University. The admission process at SASTRA University is based on a combination of JEE Mains scores and board exam marks, with 70% of the seats allocated based on this combined score. While there is no fixed cutoff for admission to SASTRA University, the candidate's scores are competitive and may be considered for admission to the CSE or IT branch, which are popular choices among students.

If you have an OBC-NCL rank of 49603 and a Common Rank List (CRL) rank of 148954 in JEE, you may be able to secure admission to DTU (Delhi Technological University) or NSUT (Netaji Subhas University of Technology) for CSE/IT. To more precisely check your possibilities, it is advisable to review the cutoff ranks for these branches at these universities, as admission requirements can change year. But DTU cutoff rank may be higher because of the popularity of the branches 

The BCA course offered at GLBIM is three years. The course is spread over six semesters. Besides, candidates also need to pass Class 12 with a minimum 45% aggregate (General/OBC category). The minimum aggregate required for the SC and ST categories is 40%. Candidates must have Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12.

Candidates must complete Class 12 with 45% aggreate to apply for GL Bajaj Institute of Management BCA course. A total of 120 seats are available for BCA course admission at GLBIM. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. 

You may have chance of getting CSE in HBTU Kanpur.The closing rank is around 22000. So, if you geta a rank below this you may secure a seat at HBTU Kanpur. Also you should have 55% of marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. So, if you meet all this you can get a seat in CSE in HBTU Kanpur.
