Several UG-level Diploma courses are available at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, Imphal. The prerequisite for admission to the Advanced Diploma in Computer Application Accounting and Publishing is completion of the 12th grade or its equivalent from any accredited school or board. The candidate must have passed their 10+2 in any stream from an accredited board in order to be eligible for the NIELIT MAT-O Level (Diploma in Multimedia and Animation Technology). The candidate for the Diploma in Computer Applications must have completed their 12th grade or its equivalent from a board or accredited institution. A 12th grade pass and a basic knowledge of computer and internet is required for candidates to apply for the Advance Diploma in Computer Application Accounting and Publishing.

National Institute of Electronics and informaton Technology Kolkata  institute is expensive but offers facilities, courses and certification on IT and Electronic engineering.
