NIELIT Kohima Highlights 2025
National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology, commonly known as NIELIT, Kohima is a National-level Technical Institute which is run and managed by NIELIT. Acting as an autonomous Scientific Body linked to Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & IT, Govt. of India, this institute was set up in 2004. NIELIT, Kohima provides students with the choice of Formal as well as Non-Formal Sector Courses to expand opportunities in IECT domain.
It has been declared as Centre of Excellence and Institution Partner by the Government of Nagaland for capacity building in ICT. The campus is equipped with world-class infrastructure to enable IECT-related teaching, training along with other professional activities.
