For MCA at LPU, you need a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with mathematics or statistics at 10+2 or graduation level. Candidates with a CS/IT background (like BCA or B.Sc CS/IT) are also eligible. Admission is through LPUNEST or other accepted entrance tests, followed by counselling. Candidates without prior maths or computer exposure may need bridge courses.

In short:

• Bachelor's degree (any stream, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT)

• Maths/Statistics/Business Maths at 10+2 or graduation

• Selection via LPUNEST or relevant entrance test

Second, choose one high-demand field and go deep instead of learning everything superficially. For example:

  1. Full-Stack Development (React, Node.js, APIs)
  2. Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure basics)
  3. Data/AI (Python, SQL, basic ML concepts)
  4. Cybersecurity (network basics, ethical hac
