Unfortunately, your CAT score is not good enough to get admission for MBA in Nirma University.
There are no seats reserved for candidates depending upon category.

Nirma University provides placements with renowned companies, offering an average package of Rs 8.10 LPA.
JBIMS is definitely a better option for MBA as compared to Nirma University. The fee structure of JBIMS is around Rs. 2 lakh rupees and provides better placement than Nirma University.

No, campus placement is not provided to the students as the course itself is about family business and entrepreneurship, the students are trained on how to start a business and then how to take it further.

Nirma is a good MBA college. The faculty and infrastructure of the college is very good. The full-time MBA course is a residential course. So, the hostel is compulsory for every student. The total course fee is Rs 9.6 lakhs and the average placement package of the institute for the last year was Rs. 8.1 LPA. So, according to me, it is worth joining the institute.

According to the college rankings, K.J. Somaiya is a better college for doing MBA than Nirma University. Even on the basis of return on investment, K.J. Somaiya has lower tuition fee as compared to Nirma, but the placement is better than Nirma.
Nirma doesn't provide a major in IB. So, if you're interested in getting a degree in IB then you should look for other colleges.

Hello Yash,
AIR of about 28K is very good. However, admission in a particular Institute is dependent on lot of dynamics. But, I feel you have very bright chances of admission.
