Candidates who get admission to BSc (Hons) and BSc programmes offered at Integral University are required to submit the following documents during the time of admission:
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Migration /Transfer Certificate
- Character Certificate
- Copy of Aadhaar Card of student and parents
- Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority, in case the candidate belongs to a PH Category (if applicable)
- School Leaving Certificate
- Passport size photographs
- Caste Certificate (for OBC/ SC/ ST/ EWS candidates)

Candidates seeking admission to BSc (Hons) and BSc programmes cannot get direct admission as the Integral University BSc (Hons) admission 2024 is entirely entrance-based. Integral University accepts the rank obtained by candidates in the CUET UG and/ or IUET (Integral University Entrance Test) and seats allocated for CUET UG, if left vacant shall be filled through the IUET.

Candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria can apply to the MBBS programme at Integral University:
- The candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the year of admission, which means they must have been born on or before December 31, 2007.
- The candidate must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually. For PwBD candidates, the minimum marks are 40% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.
- Admission is through university-level counseling based on the rank obtained in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) for India
