IIM Rohtak conducts the IPM Aptitude Test only once a year. This year, the exam will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Here are important topics for the exam according to the sections of IPM AT question paper.

1. Verbal Ability: Just like other management entrance tests, this section is divided into Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability/English Usage. There are about four to five comprehension passages while the topics of English usage are as follows: 

  • Synonyms (word pair)
  • Fill in the blanks
  • Para Formation Questions
  • Idioms
  • Error identification
  • Word Meaning
  • Antonyms
  • Sentence Completion

IPMAT and IPM Aptitude Test (IIM Rohtak) have similar syllabus but the difficulty level is different. Both exams have Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability sections. However, IIM Rohtak's IPMAT exam has an additional section- Logical Reasoning. While IPM Aptitude Test is an easy exam, IIM Indore's IPMAT is moderately tough but to say which is better totally depends upon the college a candidate is targeting for the five-year integrated programme. IPMAT is an entrance exam for admission in five years Integrated programme in management conducted by IIM Indore. The IPMAT 2020 syllabus comprises the following topics.
