Hello Gaurav. If you are having a experience of 5 yrs then it would definitely help you during placement to get the job. Benefits like if you are having experience in mechanical engineering & any company doing operation in mechanical engineering visits institute then in this case you are having 99% chances of selection. See practically aspect of this,is that you are having technical knowledge and after PGDM you will be achieving management skills too so you can service yourself at a high management position in that company. And operations and marketing is very good combination for you because by these specialization you will be able to handle managerial posts too . But i want to clarify that if you want to join same field of yours then there are very few companies come With such profiles and placement wise i would like to aware you that its 4-5 lacs. So you can decide accordingly. What will be beneficial for you .for further clarifications you can ask more questions. I would feel good to answer those too.

Hi hardik . If i ll start sharing my experience of 9 months here in JIMS,this text box is definitely going to be limited. I am highlighting the few things about study . Learning provided by faculties is ultimate one in JIMS. Very experienced faculties come here to teach us. We are provided enough no. Of lectures of every subject, curriculum is also good ,and it keeps updating as per the feedback from institute's recruiters. Library with enough no. Of books is also here to help us out anytime . And sufficient fun is also there in institute's culture. Every club of JIMS is very hardworking those people arrange lots of activities to give us live exposure of different things happening around us .like last month finance club organised a very learning activity called IPL bidding . Overall culture is very good here.from providing Summer internship to Placement institute put heart and soul too. Like right now summer internship process is going through and just believe me that students are less to placed but many companies still keep coming. Same as placement in marketing specialization many companies come and for finance and HR no. Of companies are less in no. But very good companies do visit for campus like Deloitte, copal partners,l&t , f1f9 & many more . Further if you wanna ask about something specifically then drop it in comment too .
