Definitely. Infact good b-schools prefer candidates with some work ex. Your work experience contributes to 5% weightage during admission process. And your percentages in graduation and 12th are also fine. Now, you should prepare well for management admission tests like CAT, or MAT, XAT, CMAT. Try to get good percentile in it. Prepare for GD and PI as well. Wish you all the best,

Over 95% of faculties are PHD and highly experienced and really helpful. The course curriculum is updated on a regular basis as per industry requirements. Projects and extracurricular activities and various other programs make you confident and corporate ready. But, I'd say that you should go with facts. Check out NIRF 2020 ranking of top b-schools. Infrastructure is is great, with most facilities available.

The selection process is based on various factors Like your percentile in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT, then your GD and PI scores, your academics, work experience and others. Minimum CAT score with which you can apply here is 50 percentile. CMAT on the other hand is lower level exam as compared to CAT, so a better percentile is expected. However, I would suggest that you should try to score good in either of the mgmt admission test. Don't think of minimum, think of what best you can do.

Jaipuria Institute of Management is a better option than Lexicon Management Institute. Overall experience, faculty members and placements at Jaipuria are good. You can choose Jaipuria for PGDM.

In order to be eligible to apply for a PGDM program at Jaipuria, the aspirant should have completed his/her graduation with minimum 50% marks . Another mandatory thing is your CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT score. Other important factors like case based GD and PI are conducted and then based on your academics, admission test percentile, GD, PI, past work ex, etc, your final score is calculated.

You must first know the difference between the two. MBA is a degree and PGDM is a Diploma. Note: A PGDM course offered by an Institute that is affiliated o AIU (Association of Indian Universities) is considered equivalent to MBA. So, it holds equal value. Even Iims offer Post Graduate programme instead of an MBA.
2. Syllabus: MBA syllabus is designed by universities, whereas the PGDM course is designed by the Institute itself based on market changes and requirements. Hence, PGDM course syllabus is dynamic.
3. Theory vs. Practical: Generally it has been seen that an MBA course is more of a theoretical based structure and lesser focus is

The package varies, however, companies like Amazon, HUL, Tata, Deloitte, etc come for placements hence, the packages are good. For exact figures for the current year, you may have to contact them. Most of the students get placed. Only exceptions are those students who didn't wish to sit in placements as they want to start their own business or startups.

These packages vary year to year. So, it is hard to tell. But you can ask for the current year's and previous year's data from the admissions department. In fact it is a wise to inquire, to ask questions before enrolling anywhere. After all it is your parents'/your hard earned money. But I can say that good companies like HUL, Amazon, ITC, Deloitte, etc come for placements, so, the packages are good.
