Hi, Congratulation on clearing the exam!
For the IIT JAM bilogical science stream, the competion is hard for getting admission in top IITs, cutoff varies every year for every subject. This year, cutoff for bilogical science is 21.48, 19.33, 10.74 for GEN, OBC (NCL), SC/ST/PwD respectively. However, you should also try for NITs, IISERs and appear for the counselling. you can check for previous years opening & closing ranks to get an idea here - https://scoop.eduncle.com/iit-jam-opening-and-closing-ranks
