Hello, To appear in IIT JAM Exam you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 55% marks for general and OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. Hello,
There are separate books available for different topics in jam. So, you have to buy all those books separately. Instead of this, you can buy study materials for JAM preparation. You can buy the study materials from eduncle. Com. They provide the best quality materials and that too at a very good price. So, I would suggest to buy them and start preparing for the exam.

Yes, you can apply. Candidates in the final year of their graduation can apply for the JAM Exam. But they must submit all their documents on or before 30th Sept 2019. Organic Chemistry: 1. Clayden (best book -deep concepts in organic chemistry and a person can clear CSIR-JRF easily. Please don't have cursory reading. Read in detail as mentioned in book chapter wise from the beginning. Answer key and solution mentioned in book itself. You just need to login their websites.
2. Bruice- Best book for beginner in organic chemistry. First start with Bruice and then Clayden.
3. Inorganic Chemistry: Huheey
3a. J. D. Lee for beginners and for major topics which come directly into IIT JAM Chemistry study Huheey - this is must.

IIT JAM is exam conducted for admissions into IITs, IISs and various other colleges for Masters Programs in Science. Any student appearing or passed in Graduation with Science subjects can appear for it.
