The eligibility for Bachelor of Optometry : (10+2) qualification completed from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects and with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate is the minimum criteria.

To be eligible for Jamia Hamdard University, a candidate need to score passing marks in mathematics in +2 to be eligible for admission into BCA and score atleast 50%. If you have studied maths in your arts then you can easily get admission into Jamia on the basis of interview but if you haven't studied maths then you don't need to worry there are various other colleges and universities which provides admission to arts students into BCA. You just need to search for those colleges according to your locality and budget. B.Sc Dialysis is a 3 years under graduate programme and is divided into 6 semesters. Minimum eligibility is 10+2 with Science. One needs to clear entrance exams like JEE Main BITSAT COMDEK, UPSEE SRM JEE and qualify. Some institutes which offer this course are Jamia Hamdard University, Manipal University, SRM University, Christian Medical College (CMC), MMM College of Health Sciences.

Admissions in Jamia Hamdard are strictly based upon the marks secured in NEET and interview conducted by the officials for both general and SFS seats.
There is no such procedure that you get direct admission in B.Pharma.
