In prior rounds of counselling, you will not get admission in the college but after all the rounds get completed their is one spot round over their you might be able get admission in that college.

Admission is solely based on the scores obtained in the NEET exam.
The eligibility criteria required to apply for this course is mentioned below:
Passed Senior Secondary (12th standard/intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from Central Board of Secondary Education or any other examination recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto securing at least 50% marks in the aggregate as well as in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

No, they take admission on first come first serve basis. You must have passes 12th with mathematics with minimum 50%!
