Allen and Resonance are the good one as I experienced. Fee for a year, it is near about 1 lack. And if you have good score in 12 or cleared JEE paper with good score you will get a good amount of concession in your fee. It is upto 100% of total fee.

For Chemistry, I would suggest you go for NCERT only. For mathematics and physics, you can refer to Engage books for reference.

ISI Demands absolute mathematics and JEE Main or advanced will focus on quite a broad array of subject. Both exam preparation have some common areas but not fully coincide. So, my suggestion is to go for either one, and do it with best of your efforts.
