As you have not mentioned you category, I will give my answer according to general category. Actually, it is very difficult to get an admission in mechanical engineering in VIT Pune with this score. Because, the cut off goes very high every year for this branch. Still you can fill the form and try.
All the Best.

I am extremely sorry to say this but given your marks you cannot get into DAIICT. The cutoff all India ranks are around 10000-12000 for ICT branch and 5000-6000 for ICT with a hons in CS and i can assume your rank is not in the limit required. Hope you get a good college somewhere else.

It's totally dependent on the college where you are applying for admission in B.Tech that whether that college wants your JEE score or not to be written in the given space. You need to ask the college authorities about what to do if you didn't take JEE Mains exam.

There will be separate special round for JEE Counselling in AKTU Counselling but by this you can only apply for private college. Government AKTU colleges don't take JEE score & admission process is only via UPSEE but private institutions filled a few seats through JEE. So stay tuned by regularly visiting AKTU official website. Thanks :)
All the best!
