Yes, you can get admission in the 2nd round of counselling. There will be a rapid transfer after the 1st round of counselling. So, seats will be left vacant.

The scope of aerospace engineering is very good in India / World, but with your current rank, it is not possible to pursue aerospace engineering in a good college besides there are very few colleges in Karnataka which provide the course.

You are eligible for SGSITS, IET DAVV with your favourite branch. These colleges have very good placement records with high packages. You will definitely get a seat here.
Also, you can try for Jabalpur Engineering College which is also a government college and has a good placement record.
