Yes, there are chances that you can get a seat. As there are so many seats in REAP. Every year, many seats remain vacant. All the best.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. You can check the list of colleges including NITs and IIITs that you can get according to your marks and rank in Mumbai. Use Shiksha JEE college Predictor:

It will be tough with that. Though you have excellent board percentage, I would not recommend you to go in NITs with lower marks as you'll only get that with 104 marks in JEE being from General. Though, you can go for NIT Silchar, Pondicherry, Manipur and Surat with mining and metallurgy or B.Sc. courses in them.

It is difficult to say as it is different for different states.
Kindly find this in the official link of JEE Mains given below:

No, the last year cutoff for general in EEE was 4661 - 5309 (open and close) and in ECE, it was 3807 - 3982 (open and close).
Try for other options. All the best.

Sorry, but you'll not get any seat through counselling. Moreover, you should apply in universities which have their own entrances for admissions. Recommendations be LPU, Amity, CU, Chitkara University, Manipal University, SRM, VIT etc. They are good, as far as placements are concerned. Best of luck.

Hello, hope you are doing well. No, you are not going to get a good college unless you are from ST category, because this is very less marks and for OBC as well as General category. You will not GET Government College, but you can go for average private college of your state through counselling. All the best.
