Hello,
I would Like to appreciate your goal to achieve this much of height in JEE Mains examination. Securing 200 marks is not a big deal if you a have a good mindset. For this, start doing every problem with its basic fundamental because once you get to know the basics you can be able to solve big problems which can be either in Maths, physics or chemistry.

Board marks do not help. It depends on your all India rank. If you have received your rank check the link below and compare with last year cut-offs for NITK:

Dear friend,
As per my research I think you are not eligible without the score.
But there is a second option by the below process:
First, call the admin/direct go there & tell that you didn't give JEE Mains, but you want to take admission, so what will I do? Request them.
Then if they say no chance then ask about the management quota & the procedure.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. If you want to get a college in Pune then apply for MHCET and give the examination based on this marks you will have a chance to get colleges in your selected branch. Else you can go for state level councelling which will be happen in Maharashtra. Try to get admission through this.

Hello,
If you are unable to clear JEE Mains it doesn't mean you can't get admission in any college. Try to go for state-level counselling based on your JEE rank and marks in top private colleges. You will not get any government college in anywhere because you haven't cleared JEE Mains cut off based on your category.

No, you can't take admission this year with the marks of last year JEE examination because the score of JEE is only valid for 1 year and since this is the 2nd year so you are not eligible to take admission with previous year marks. Try to get admission in private college with your 12th marks examination via counselling rounds.
