Govt as well as private colleges are possible for you.If you general tough to get nit but possibilty is there to other state govt. colleges and if you are not general easy to get any college

see getting admission or not is not the end of the world every one has a place in this world even you and me I took drop last year and still failed to qualify for JEE Mains but it's not the end of the world

Tarun, yes with these marks you can hope of admission in some of the NITs. Also, with this score in 12th and JEE score you can get a seat in some of the best private universities which offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria.

I will personally advise you that if you really want to give a second try and if you were unable to give 100% of your efforts then you should definitely go for a drop. I myself have dropped 2 years and now I am in final year. I faced no difficulties till now. So its completely on your will, take some time to think and then decide. Best of luck for future.

you need to get 95%+ in your 12th and the cut off marks for JEE Mains in 2015-16 batch was 109marks

Varun, with this JEE score chances of you getting a good college are very less. But yes with your 12th marks you can try for admission in any of the private universities in and outside Delhi. They offer you admission on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th. Some of these also offer good scholarships based on any one of the above mentioned admission criteria. Good luck.
