Hello niharika. There are lots of NITs and each has different cutoff ranks for different branches. So whether or not you'll get admission in one depends upon which state you belong to, which state you want to take admission in and what branch you want.
You can check you expected rank here:

Apart from NITs, there are other colleges that take admission through JEE mains score, like DTU, NSIT, Jamia Milia, Jaypee etc. Or else you can take other tests like bits, Manipal, srm, IPU etc to get admission into these colleges.

Hey Tanmay,
Your score doesn't assure you to get admission in best schools but this is not the end. There are certain best universities which conduct their own entrance examination and and consider your performance to admit as well as reward you. You can check out these universities.

Hi shashank. It depends upon what percentage you get in 12th boards, ultimately what rank you get in JEE Mains, what branch you want and which category you belong to.
I suggest you wait for the ranks to be declared and meanwhile prepare for other entrance exams like bits, IPU, Manipal, Vellore, srm etc. All the best!
