The JEE Advanced exam pattern is dynamic. It changes every year. The only known aspect of the JEE Advanced exam pattern are:
- The number of papers: There are two papers - paper 1 and paper 2.
- The exam mode: The JEE Advanced exam is held in computer based test mode.
- Duration: The exam is held for 6 hours. Each paper is of 3 hours.
- Subjects: Each question papers has questions from three sections - Maths, Physics and Chemistry
JEE Advanced pattern will change every year in terms of making scheme and the kinds of questions asked (MCQs, match the following, paragraph type, numerical answer type.)

Not necessarily. The JEE Advanced exam pattern is known to change every year. Hence the exam pattern of the mock exam might not be the same as the one to be followed on the JEE Advanced 2025 exam day. Candidates must be ready to face a different pattern on the JEE Advanced exam day.

As per the notification of UP B.Ed JEE. the exam pattern consists of two papers:
Paper 1: General Knowledge (50 questions) and Language (Hindi/English) (50 questions), totaling 200 marks.
Paper 2: General Aptitude Test (50 questions) and Subject Ability (50 questions), totaling 200 marks.
Each question will carry 2 marks each, and the total time duration of the test will be 3 hours for both the papers. There will be negative marking in the exam, so candidates will have to attempt all the questions to maximize their scores. No, NTA has not announced any change in JEE Main 2026 exam pattern. However, NTA made changes in JEE Main exam pattern in 2025. As per the current JEE exam pattern, the total number of questions in JEE Main Paper 1 (BE/BTech) are 75, 25 each from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Also, there are no optional question in section B in any subject. Students will need to answer all 5 questions in section B from all three subjects. The marking scheme and total marks remain the same.

The UP BEd JEE exam is conducted for admission to BEd programs for students to get into various universities and colleges across Uttar Pradesh. The UP BEd JEE consists of two separate question papers. The separate question papers are know as 'Paper I and Paper II'. The exam is of 400 marks in total for both papers and held for 3 hours per paper in the form of Multiple Choice Questions.

JEE Main Paper 2 is an online examination, the drawing section is offline of the second paper which will be conducted in pen and paper mode at the examination center.
There are 3 subjects: Drawing, mathematics and Reasoning Aptitude. It is of 3 hours. The section has 20 MCQ of Mathematics and 10 Numerical Questions. Part 2 is of Aptitude Test with 50 questions and Part 3 is of Drawing Test with 02 questions.

4 Marks will be awarded to correct answers and 1 Mark will be deducted for incorrect answers. In the case of Non-MCQ questions, no negative marking will be there.
